"Worse Than High School"
Erik, Jenna, Jerri. Natalie, Todd.
Anthony, Brian, Charlie, Nate, Stephannie, Sugar.
Voiceover - Previously on… Survivor!
Voiceover - The game started out with two tribes: Yapen and Numfor...
We could see the Numfor tribe all together and then the Yapen tribe on their mat.
Voiceover - The Numfor tribe was dominated by Tyson, who controlled almost all the votes.
Confessional Tyson - I've started off this game very aggressively, that's what you have to do if you want to win.
We could see Tyson making his deal with Jerri, then Nate and Sugar, then Brian, and finally with Laura.
Voiceover - But unfortunately for them, Yapen was dominant in challenges,
Jeff Probst - Yapen… Yapen… Yapen, wins Immunity!
All the Yapen were cheering their victory.
Voiceover - so Numfor was forced to get rid of many members from their own tribe.
Voiceover - First, they had a player willing to quit the game.
Alexis (To everyone at camp) - It's okay if you guys vote me out.
Jeff Probst - Alexis, tribe has spoken!
After Alexis' torch got snuffed, we could see Laura sitting in the shelter.
Voiceover - After that, they decided their useless player was next to go...
Confessional Tyson - We have to do all her work, and she gets to reap the benefits, Hun Uh. It will not be like that, you best believe.
Jeff Probst - Laura, tribe has spoken!
Voiceover - With Laura gone and another tribal council coming, they decided to get rid of their least social member...
Confessional Gabriel - I am quite worried, they are all very open, I'm not into this at all.
Jeff Probst - Third person voted out of Survivor: Indonesia…
We could see the last vote casted against Gabriel.
Jeff Probst - Gabriel, tribe has spoken!
After Gabriel's torch got snuffed, we could see the fourth challenge settlement.
Voiceover - After all these lost, Numfor finally won one challenge, and that single win was enough to make the entire Yapen tribe's unity crumble…
Confessional Charlie - I hate our tribe.
Charlie - Anthony, you never do anything either way so whatever.
Stephannie - Guys, no need to fight over the fire.
Voiceover - The divisions were so serious, that at tribal council,
We could see all the tribe entering tribal council at a faster pace.
Voiceover- They ended up picking rocks, and whoever picked the purple rock, went home...
Scout, nervous, slowly opened her palm and her rock was purple.
Voiceover - Unlucky, Scout was the one paying the price for the divisions.
Jeff Probst - Scout, tribe has spoken!
Voiceover - After she left, castaways had a surprise, when they were switching tribes!
Jeff Probst - Everybody drop your buffs, we are switching tribes!
Sugar - Damn it!
Confessional Erik - WE CHANGED TRIBES? All I'm thinking is what the hell just happened.
We could then see the new tribes.
Voiceover - The new Yapen seemed to have the same problems than the older Yapen, due to the same rivals.
Charlie - On my old tribe, I was basically the only one who worked.
Stephannie - That is so not true Charlie. I'm sorry but both Anthony and I worked as well.
Confessional Stephannie - What a lying piece of poop.
Voiceover - But the new Numfor had their own problems… When Jenna decided to throw the challenge.
Jenna (To Todd) - Any chance you would throw the challenge?
Jenna (To Natalie) - I think we should throw the challenge.
Voiceover - But that decision did not make everyone happy.
Confessional Natalie - I really hate how Jenna wants to throw the challenge.
Voiceover - At tribal council,
We could see all the Numfor arriving at tribal council.
Voiceover - In a very surprising vote, older Yapen decided to blindside Tyson to keep their numbers.
Tyson - What a shame!
Tyson gave his torch to Jeff Probst who swung his torch snuffer.
Jeff Probst - Tyson, tribe has spoken!
Voiceover - Now, eleven people remain, who will be voted out... tonight!?
NUMFOR, NIGHT 15
Numfor was walking back to camp in the darkness with their torches extinguished. Jerri did not seem too happy and decided to go inside the shelter immediately with Erik. Natalie and Todd, in the other hand, did not seem ready to sleep because they were taking a walk on the shore, away from the rest of the tribe.
Natalie - Oh my god, he is gonna hate us forever.
Todd laughed hysterically.
Todd - So, what made you change your mind?
Natalie - To vote Tyson off? He was being rude, and I forgot he was "playing it up".
Todd laughed again uncontrollably.
Natalie - So now I feel like shit.
Todd - So we just voted Tyson out cause you had a blonde moment?
Todd was still laughing. Natalie nodded.
Natalie - Oops.
Todd continued laughing again.
Natalie - I am sick don't judge me.
Todd - That has to be the first time I've ever seen someone get voted out due to a blonde moment.
Natalie - I was gonna vote him out eventually.
Todd - This has got to be one of the funniest tribal councils ever!
Natalie - I am really upset.
Todd - Why?
Natalie - I didn't want to vote Tyson out, I just got pissed, now you better do ______ work.
Todd - You gotta admit though... in its own way, that was EPIC!
Todd kept laughing uncontrollably.
Natalie - Shut up, Todd.
Natalie just turned around and we could see the rest of her tribe sleeping inside the shelter, they only seemed to be hearing Todd's laughs. Jerri was glaring at Todd and her expression was used as a transition between the night and the intro.
YAPEN, DAY 16
It was the day at Yapen, and we could see the sun annoying Charlie, who put his hand above his eyes while working some wood with the machete. The tribe was really relax at camp.
While he was working, we could see Brian, Sugar and Nate sitting next to each other, yawning inside the tribal camp. Stephannie is the one that brought back the tree-mail for her tribe and everyone listened to her carefully.
Stephannie - "If you have a good memory and if you can run well, you will find your next reward challenge a piece of cake."
Stephannie read the last part again.
Stephannie - "You will find your next reward challenge a piece of cake."
Charlie nodded.
Confessional Charlie -
I'm kind of hoping the other tribe boots Jenna so that I can laugh my ass off, many people might think it's self-destructing a majority tribe but I don't think the ex Numfor are as tight as they say.
I'm kind of hoping the other tribe boots Jenna so that I can laugh my ass off, many people might think it's self-destructing a majority tribe but I don't think the ex Numfor are as tight as they say.
CHALLENGE FIELD
We could see the settlement of a challenge in the middle of the highlands: there were two mats and in front of each were 20 tables with a hut maquette on each one of them. Nearby, Jeff Probst was waiting on the tribes to arrive.
Jeff Probst - Come on in guys!
We could see two tribes coming. To the left, the five remaining members of Numfor were heading to their mat in one straight line with Erik holding their flag, while to the right, the six Yapen heading to their mat in one straight line. Once Yapen arrived first, Jeff Probst looked at them.
Jeff Probst - Yapen, take a look at the new Numfor tribe, Tyson voted out last tribal council!
Charlie looked shocked and opened his eyes wide. Jenna just responded with a smile.
Jeff Probst - Alright, so for today's challenge, you will compete in a memory challenge. It will be matches of two against two. There are 20 hut maquettes for each tribe and there are five more that are common for both tribe. Those common for both tribe contain rewards that your tribe can keep, while the 20 others for each tribe are used for the challenge. You will have ten minutes to memorize as much as you can what is inside the huts in the exception of the five common ones.
Jeff Probst - Once we begin, four people will be taking on each other. I will ask you to get me one item. On my go, you will race to get that item...
We could see someone running to a small hut, and take off its roof to take a banana.
Jeff Probst - And then come back here and touch this pole.
We could see someone touching the pole next to Jeff with his right hand and with a banana in his left hand.
Jeff Probst - First person to come back and touch the pole with the right item scores for their tribe. But there is a twist to this challenge... There are five secret huts with five different rewards in it. Instead of looking for the right item, you can decide to touch the cap of a secret hut and wait on me to allow you to open it. Only the first person to touch the cap of a secret hut can take what is inside and will keep it for their tribe. The bad news is if you get an item inside of it, the opposite tribe will score a point! First tribe to 10 Points wins reward! Makes sense?
Jenna and Todd nod.
Charlie - Yeah!
Jeff Probst - This is what you are playing for...
Jeff Probst reached his hand to the blanket who covered the reward and uncovered it. There were blankets and pillows. The castaways cheered at the sight of that potential comfort for them.
Jeff Probst - You are playing for comfort! You certainly don't want to lose this! SO... I'll give you ten minutes to memorize what's inside the huts.
We could have a fast forward of the castaways who attempt to memorize what is inside the small huts. Some took off roofs, some were taking items like banana, rope, rock... and some others like Todd were just wandering around, trying to guess what could be inside the secret huts.
Jeff Probst - Alright, time to compete now... You don't have any restriction as to who will play the challenge, it could be the same two the whole challenge, it doesn't even matter. So I need two people from each tribe to participate.
Jenna and Todd stepped out of the map for Numfor while Sugar and Charlie stepped out for Yapen.
Jeff Probst - Ready?! I am looking for...
The four competitors were ready to run.
Jeff Probst - A wooden stick!
Both tribe were running to the secret hut and Todd touched the cap of it first.
Jeff Probst - Todd touched a secret hut, Yapen scores! One for Yapen, zip for Numfor! Todd, what did you guys win?
Todd took the roof off and retrieved a bottle of wine from it. He cheered as he showed the bottle of wine to the rest his tribe.
Jeff Probst - Numfor won a bottle of wine!
Numfor cheered and Todd brought back the bottle to his tribe.
Jeff Probst - Next match up?
Todd and Jenna participates again while Anthony and Brian participate for Yapen.
Jeff Probst - I am looking for...
Both tribe were ready to run.
Jeff Probst - Banana!
Todd ran toward the secret huts again and was in the lead in front of Brian and Anthony.
Jeff Probst - Yapen scores! Two for Yapen and zip for Numfor! Todd, what is inside that hut?
Todd retrieved a parchment that he reads.
Todd - By the end of the day, your tribe will receive a stack of wooden logs and fire wood.
Numfor cheered as they went back to their mat.
Jeff Probst - Next match up... Todd and Jenna again... against... Nate and Charlie!
We then got a fast forward of the challenge: we could see Todd getting nothing in one of the secret huts, then Jenna got a flare in another one and the fifth one was a cooked ham.
Jeff Probst - Yapen has a huge advantage... 5 ... zip!
Nate - Todd's a quick mofo!
We then had another fast forward of the challenge in which we could see castaways competing for real in getting the items.
Jeff Probst - Yapen is leading... 9 to 3! One more point for Yapen... and they win reward! Who will compete for this potential last round?
Jenna and Todd stepped out of the mat again while Anthony and Nate compete for Yapen.
Jeff Probst - Ready? I am looking for...
Both tribe were ready.
Jeff Probst - A bandana!
Anthony and Nate rushed to one of the furthest hut while Jenna was trailing behind Todd who was also running quick. Todd arrived first to a hut and took off the roof, but there was a machete inside of it. Anthony took off the roof of a small hut and there was a white bandana in it. He grabbed it and ran toward the pole. His tribe was already cheering as he touched the pole with the bandana in his other hand.
Jeff Probst - Yapen wins Reward!
Sugar does a sad smile then whispered to her tribe.
Sugar - Oh, I keep forgetting I am Yapen now!
Her tribe mates laughed at her.
The Yapen tribe cheered their victory while Numfor cheered for the items they won. Jeff took the comfort crate and gave it to Yapen. Charlie and Nate took it and looked inside of it to touch every single pillow and blanket.
Jeff Probst - Seems like both tribe won their own reward... Grab stuff, head back to camp!
Both tribe happily packed their stuff and walked away from the challenge field.
NUMFOR, DAY 16
Numfor was walking back to camp with the few rewards they had won. Jenna was holding the bottle of wine for her tribe, Erik was bringing back the cooked ham. Todd was bringing back the rest, like the parchment and the flare. When they arrived at camp, they started dumping their bags that they were tired of carrying.
A bunch of ants were working around a anthill.
Jenna was walking alone with her bottle of wine.
Confessional Jenna -
How does drinking wine works instead of water work? How much do we drink per person?
How does drinking wine works instead of water work? How much do we drink per person?
Jenna looked very strange, contemplating the bottle of wine she had in her hand. She tried to open it but it was no success. She then turned it over, trying to look inside the green bottle and she shook it to see the liquid move.
A bird was flying pretty low near the water.
The tribe seemed to be happy when Jenna came back with the bottle of wine.
Todd - Woohoo!
Todd took the bottle of wine from her and he opened it with one of the tools the tribe had around. It did a great sound and everyone cheered. He just drank some of it.
Confessional Todd -
They may have won a pillow...but we won wine, wood, food and a flare.
They may have won a pillow...but we won wine, wood, food and a flare.
They were all sharing the bottle to drink one after the other. Jenna just grabbed the bottle of wine for her turn and drank. Jenna looked around to see if Jerri was there, but she wasn't.
Jenna - If we lose, we should vote out Jerri.
Erik - I agree!
Jenna smiles.
Jenna just handed the bottle of wine to Erik.
YAPEN, DAY 16
A large wave of water just hit the shore of Yapen. The tribe was making its way back to camp, carrying all the comfort items with them. Everyone were happy, and they kept looking at their pillows and blankets that they were impatient to use. They were still cheering their victory.
Nate - Now, we keep this streak going tomorrow.
Nate looks at the blankets.
Nate - I'm really tired and sleepy.
Anthony laughs and Charlie glares at him.
Charlie - Not funny.
Anthony - Yes it is funny.
Charlie - Well, then your sense of humour is very basic... like a monkey's.
Charlie smiles at Anthony.
Anthony - And you have none.
Stephannie rolled her eyes.
Stephannie - Oh my god, what now?
Anthony continued arguing.
Anthony - Like a dull rock.
Most of the tribe decided to just leave them alone while they continued talking.
Charlie - No, I just need something that requires a brain to laugh, smart jokes are actually worthy of a...
Charlie imitates Anthony's laugh.
Charlie - Laughing that way for everything is kind of lame, that's all I'm saying.
Stephannie - I always laugh but thanks.
Charlie now looks at Stephannie.
Charlie - You are welcome.
Anthony laughs again.
Charlie slaps his forehead.
Anthony keeps exaggerating his laugh.
Nate looked at them while placing the blankets inside the shelter.
Nate - Come on guys, can't we all get along?
Sugar just helped Nate with the pillows and looked at them.
Confessional Sugar -
Not sure how I feel about it yet. The drama seems to be worse than high school, eek...
Not sure how I feel about it yet. The drama seems to be worse than high school, eek...
A little later, after a transition happening with a grasshopper jumping to another grass, we could see Anthony and Sugar taking a walk together.
Anthony - This is gonna seem quick, but I did not get along with my tribe mates, especially Charlie. He's lied to everyone and got everyone mad at each other to stay in the clear, he might be asking you, or the others, to vote me or Steph off and say he wants to work with you but he's lying to cover his own ass and will screw you over. It's what he did last tribal council.
Sugar looked shocked.
Anthony - Like I don't want to vent to you or anything, but he might be all at me or Steph but he's gonna lie and vote one of you out but try to keep your votes off of him by saying things about others, I want to know if we can make an alliance right away and take Charlie out.
Sugar - WOW! Lots of info.
Sugar laughed.
Anthony - Well, he caused a lot of drama and I don't want to go through with all of his lies again.
Sugar touched his shoulder.
Sugar - I can understand and I definitely don't want to be part of that either.
Anthony - He's going to be saying things about me that are lies, again, and I think we can do better without him. And he said things about everyone on the tribe and lied to everyone's face. He will most likely put words in your mouth too. I don't want to sound mean, but I can't stand someone like that.
Sugar - Oh, I agree, I can't as well.
Anthony - Yeah!
YAPEN, NIGHT 16
This time, the moon was present in the sky and only Nate and Anthony were talking together away from Charlie and Stephannie, who were sleeping in the shelter.
Nate - So I think we should throw the next challenge.
Anthony - And we get rid of Charlie?
Nate - Yeah, for sure, he is like really annoying.
Anthony - It would be a great idea. I'll tell Stephannie tomorrow.
Nate - And then, once we merge, you two should work with us, Numfor.
Anthony - I would gladly work with you guys.
A crab was doing a night walk on the beach and we could see the sun waking up to announce the day.
YAPEN, DAY 17
Anthony and Stephannie were the only one taking care of the fish cooking. Stephannie just turned over a fish.
Anthony - I was talking to Sugar, Brian and Nate last night, we are gonna throw the challenge to boot Charlie, and then hopefully it's merge and they want you and me to join them and Jerri, but we have Jenna and that so we will kinda be playing both sides even though it's you, me and Jenna to final three.
Stephannie nods.
Anthony - What do you think?
Stephannie - I guess they don't like Charlie either? The only thing I'm afraid we would piss off our old tribe. But I wouldn't mind voting him.
Anthony laughs.
Anthony - I want Charlie out bad. He has people helping him and I want him out.
Stephannie - He is really annoying, he's always acting like he does everything, and yet we win the challenges without him.
Anthony - I know, and like we have Jenna and Todd possibly. So we can have numbers and have the Numfor not targeting us.
Stephannie - Oh Good.
Anthony - And we won't have Charlie.
Stephannie smiles.
Confessional Stephannie -
So Anthony wants to throw the challenge... I don't know if that's really a good idea. We don't have a guarantee that merge is next round for one thing, and they could always go tell Charlie that we're going to flip. Maybe I'm paranoid but I don't know how well this will end.
So Anthony wants to throw the challenge... I don't know if that's really a good idea. We don't have a guarantee that merge is next round for one thing, and they could always go tell Charlie that we're going to flip. Maybe I'm paranoid but I don't know how well this will end.
Anthony - Nate's coming, I'll let you talk with him.
Nate was coming and Anthony left them alone.
Nate - Anthony talked to you?
Stephannie - Yeah he did, I'm okay with it if you guys are.
Nate - Oh we are great, Charlie is kinda annoying.
Stephannie - He is. He thinks he did everything on old Yapen, let me tell you he didn't. He did a lot yes, but not everything.
Nate - I can tell he's a liar. He's told me like a few things, and I was like umm I am not stupid.
Stephannie - What did he say?
Nate - He told me that you and Anthony were aligned with Scout, Erik and Jenna since day one and that him, Todd and Natalie were on the outs. Then I thought, if you three were on the outs, how come Scout went? Lie number one, he told me that Natalie and Todd will vote with Tyson and Jerri, nope, lies.
Stephannie laughs outloud.
Stephannie - He's so full of himself.
Nate - Oh wow, we really have to throw it hard.
Stephannie - I know.
Nate - Charlie won't know.
Stephannie - Yea, that's true.
Nate nods.
Confessional Nate -
I decided to keep Jerri safe, we throw next challenge, it could potentially save me, but in Survivor you need to make risky moves and I believe I am doing just that.
I decided to keep Jerri safe, we throw next challenge, it could potentially save me, but in Survivor you need to make risky moves and I believe I am doing just that.
NUMFOR, DAY 17
Numfor was yawning in their shelter, and the roof was pretty much broken. Natalie just looked above herself, and we could see the shelter falling apart. Jenna was the one who brought back the tree-mail and who read it outloud to everybody.
Jenna - "Look around yourself, thus ya'll find immunity."
Jenna stopped looking at the parchment and looked to the rest of her tribe.
CHALLENGE FIELD
We could see the challenge settlement in a clear area of the jungle: There were only two tables with ten holes each. One table was decorated green and the other one was decorated yellow. Near each table, there was a mat for their respective tribe. Nearby, Jeff was waiting on the tribes to come.
Jeff Probst - Come on in guys!
Once Jeff called the tribes, we could see both tribes stepping in the challenge area at the same time. Numfor was coming from the left while Yapen was coming from the right. They both dropped their belongings on their mat and Nate just planted the green flag on the ground. Jeff looked at Sugar's immunity idol.
Jeff Probst - First thing first... Sugar, give me back immunity!
Jeff did a few steps forward in direction of her and Sugar moved forward as well to hand him the idol that he put back on its original spot.
Jeff Probst - Immunity, is back up for grabs!
Erik and Jerri were smiling.
Jeff Probst - For today's challenge, it is quite simple, you each have one table, with ten holes in which will fit ten masks.
We could see both tables.
Jeff Probst - Hidden, in the jungle, are ten sets of two masks.
We could see in the hole of a tree a green mask and a yellow mask hidden together.
Jeff Probst - Take the mask that matches your tribe's color and bring it back to your table.
We could see someone adding a mask to their table.
Jeff Probst - First tribe to add the ten masks on their table, wins immunity!
We could see all ten masks appearing one after the other in the holes of the table.
Jeff Probst - Makes sense?
Jenna and Erik nodded.
Nate - Yeah!
Jeff looked at Yapen.
Jeff Probst - Yapen, you have one extra member, please sit somebody out.
Charlie - I would like to sit out if no one minds.
Jeff Probst - Alright, so Charlie will be sitting out for today's challenge. I'll give you a few minutes to strategize, we'll get started!
The clouds moved at a faster pace and we could see Charlie taking place on a bench just for himself while both tribes ready to run.
Jeff Probst -Survivors Ready!?
Jenna was ready to run.
Jeff Probst - GO!
Both tribes knew where they were heading to. Erik and Jenna went to opposite directions and all Yapen took different paths. We could see Jenna running between some trees and one of them caught her attention because a mask was suspended to a nail. Making sure she wasn't noticed by the other tribe, she just grabbed the yellow mask from it and ran back to her tribe's table to add it. Jeff just saw her putting the mask on Numfor's table.
Jeff Probst - One for Numfor!
Jenna was running back in the jungle and we could see most of the Yapen tribe running as a group rather than individually. We could see Brian and Nate looking around themselves and Stephannie following them. They suddenly stopped walking, being unseen by Numfor tribe and they were whispering instead of doing the challenge.
Nate - Okay, team Kick-Ass.
Anthony laughs.
Anthony - Love the name.
Stephannie looks at Anthony.
Stephannie - Can we laugh as much as we want here... I just hope he doesn't start yelling us where they are.
Sugar - Oh my god, I bet he will.
Nate - Let's just try the challenge.
Stephannie - We should try to do something maybe so it doesn't look quite so pathetic.
Nate - Yea, let's "try".
Anthony - Like get one or two.
Stephannie - Yeah.
Brian - Just one.
Sugar giggles.
Sugar - I agree.
The five members of Yapen were about to stop talking to go search. They already started spreading themselves.
Brian - Where are the stupid masks?
Sugar - I can't even find the tribe mat half the time let alone masks.
Everyone laughed outloud and Nate pointed her.
Nate - She's blonde.
At that moment, Yapen finished talking and started searching. On Numfor's side, Erik just found a mask behind a rock. Instead of running to the table immediately, he hid it in his pants.
Stephannie - This is one hard challenge!
As soon as Stephannie said that, she just saw a wooden mask in grass. She grabbed it and ran back to the table where Jeff saw her adding it.
Jeff Probst - One for Yapen! This is one, one!
Natalie was searching with the help of Jenna in a place, and Natalie just grabbed one and she saw a second one not too far that she grabbed as well. She gave them to Jenna so she could hide them in her shirt.
Jeff Probst - Come on! Some of them are easy...!
We could see Jenna stumbling across another mask in the grass while running back to the table and she grabbed it. Because she had too many in her shirt, she decided to run back with that one to her table and she added it.
Jeff Probst - Two for Numfor! Still one for Yapen!
Jenna did not deposit the other masks she had and ran to the woods to help her tribe, still searching. We could see Todd looking around himself. Jenna, with a bit of a difficulty to run with her masks, changed her mind and ran back to the table, where she added both other masks. Jeff looked at her doing it.
Jeff Probst - Three... and Four for Numfor!!
Stephannie, with Yapen, could hear Jeff yelling.
Stephannie - Uh Oh.
Stephannie laughed with the rest of her tribe.
Erik was coming back with new masks as well. Natalie was right behind with a mask too.
Once Erik arrived to the table, he added the mask he had in his hand.
Jeff Probst - Five for Numfor!
Natalie just arrived and put hers.
Jeff Probst - Six for Numfor!
Erik just took his mask in his pants and added it to the table as well.
Jeff Probst - Seven for Numfor! Yapen still with one... they better hurry!
While Jeff was yelling Numfor's scores when Stephannie just found another mask behind a tree. She ran back to the table with it and Charlie was looking at her, just like Jeff. She just added it.
Jeff Probst - Two for Yapen! Eight more!! Only three more for Numfor though!
The rest of Yapen came back to that clear area and decided to search there, while the rest of Numfor were looking around in the woods again. Both Jenna and Natalie found another mask and they just added it to the masks table.
Jeff Probst - Eight... and Nine for Numfor!
Anthony turned around looking at Jeff.
Anthony - Oh no.
Nate - Damn!
Stephannie sighed and continued searching in tall grass.
This time, we could see Jenna looking above the trees, Natalie looking in tall grass, Jerri wandering around just like Todd, and Erik searching around rocks. All of a sudden, Erik stumbled across their last mask and he ran back with it. His entire tribe was following him in direction of the table. All Yapen turned around to watch them rushing to the table and Jeff was about to announce them as the winners.
Erik just arrived to the table and he added the mask to the table, all Numfor raised their hands, just like Jeff.
Jeff Probst - Numfor wins Immunity!
We could see Erik and Jenna cheering.
Natalie - We owned it guys!
Jerri just smiled, while on the other side, Stephannie just did a sad smile to Jeff.
Anthony - Boo.
Charlie just stood up from the bench to rejoin his tribe and Jeff handed immunity to Todd from Numfor.
Jeff Probst - This is what you earned... Immunity!
Todd came back to his mat with the idol and Jeff looked at Yapen.
Jeff Probst - Unfortunately, Yapen, I have nothing for you except a date with me at tribal council, grab stuff and head back to camp!
As Jeff requested, we could see some of the Yapen member putting their bags on their shoulders, ready to go back to camp.
YAPEN, DAY 17
We could see many waves hitting the beach of Yapen and the six members of the tribe were walking back to camp carrying their bags. Sugar was coming back to camp smiling.
Confessional Sugar -
So I am feeling good so far, I am proving myself to be not super strong in challenges so nobody sees me as a threat. Working for me so far, I kick it up when needed and when not don't.
So I am feeling good so far, I am proving myself to be not super strong in challenges so nobody sees me as a threat. Working for me so far, I kick it up when needed and when not don't.
Sugar just dumped her bag next to the shelter. Charlie just did sign to Nate he wanted to talk to him and he whispered.
Charlie - Hey Nate, we haven't gotten the challenge to meet.
Nate nodded and followed Charlie into the woods.
When they were being alone, Charlie started talking first.
Charlie - I don't like Anthony and Steph so I was thinking if you guys promise me not to vote me out after both of them, I could side with you and her and we vote them two out.
Nate - Dude are you like psychic? You like read my mind, I would have loved to work with you deep into the game. I see you don't get along with those two, we will GLADLY vote them out with you and I like you more than Brian too.
Charlie nodded.
Confessional Nate -
I did tell Charlie I will vote with him and vote Anthony out, Me and Sugar both will play along with him and say we are voting Anthony.
I did tell Charlie I will vote with him and vote Anthony out, Me and Sugar both will play along with him and say we are voting Anthony.
Nate - I would love to work with you and whoever else you got along with on the other tribe deep into the game and when I mean deep, I mean deep like final four or five.
Charlie just smiled and Nate was staring at him.
Confessional Nate -
I felt threatened in Numfor and well here it's a different story. Charlie tells me he hated his old tribe and that he was in trouble. Hmm… I trust him at that point just a bit. JUST a bit. Not too much cause he came on a bit too strong in my opinion.

Charlie - I would love that.
Nate - I would too.
Charlie - Awesome!
Charlie just cracked his wrinkles before continuing the conversation with Nate.
Confessional Charlie -
So, Nate and Sugar are fun to talk to and they have a personality and oh my god they work! I don't have to do all the work around the camp all the time, I'm impressed, honestly. A pleasant surprise though, it's nice to be able to relax from time to time.

Charlie - These people are ridiculous, they are suddenly working, so lame.
Nate - I am surprised, our tribe, everybody did stuff and the people who did not were first two to go.
Charlie - That's good, that's what I told my tribe, yet they tried voting me out.
Nate - Wow.
Charlie - I know right? I dislike them so much.
Nate - Anthony or Stephannie?
Charlie - Mostly Anthony, but both voted for me.
Meanwhile, we could see Anthony adjusting his glasses at the shelter.
Nate - Yeah, I could tell, they are two votes together.
Charlie - Yeah, they are very tight. I tried to get Steph to vote for Anthony and she admitted having an alliance with him and Jenna.
Nate - What about Natalie and Todd?
Charlie - They are nice.
Confessional Nate -
Charlie told me that his old tribe sucked and Anthony and Steph ran shit. He said he, Nat and Todd were on the outs and that the other five had a strong alliance. Then I thought to myself, if these three were on the outs, how come Scout went? I swear old Yapen was pretty strong as a tribe. That was lie number one that made me suspicious. Then, he told me Anthony and Steph are jerks and didn't do shit around camp, well they seem to be doing it now, more suspicious.

After their conversation was over, we could see the sun slowly settling down and after a while, it came back in the sky.
YAPEN, DAY 18
Some fishes were moving in the water and on the beach, Charlie was walking with Sugar.
Charlie - How was your tribe?
Sugar - Okay, how was yours?
Charlie - Boring, hate them.
Meanwhile, we could see Anthony and Stephannie sitting in the shelter together.
Charlie - They tried to vote me out, it was a tie.
Sugar - Really? Why?
Charlie - They don't like me because I have a personality and they don't.
Sugar laughs.
Sugar - Well, so do I, so we will get along.
Charlie - Thanks God, my tribe was like awful. Like honestly trying to talk to them was like talking to a rock, especially Anthony.
Sugar laughs.
Charlie - Like really, so glad we swapped, sort of. I miss my friends all of them are in the other tribe, which sucks.
Sugar - What do you mean? Oh you mean the ones that you actually liked?
Charlie - Yeah, like Natalie and Todd. How are Nate and Brian?
Sugar - Nate is cool and Brian is as well, but quiet.
Charlie - I don't like quiet, it bores me.
Sugar - He is anything but boring.
Charlie - So, are you guys like super tight?
Sugar - Who?
Charlie - You, Nate and What's his face.
Sugar - Well, I like Nate and Brian is hard to read. We all got along.
Charlie - That's good. So you think if I voted for you guys, you guys could keep me safe for a bit?
Sugar - Definitely, you would be safe.
Charlie smiled.
Charlie - Voting out Anthobore?
Sugar - Yes.
Confessional Charlie -
So I already formed some bonds with Sugar and I told her I'm interested in jumping to her side and vote out the bore-whores, both of whom came begging to me about sticking together and bla bla bla, but I'm not. Bore-whores must die. Honestly, you should have not voted for me, I tried to warn you but you didn't listen.

Sugar nodded.
After their conversation, we had another view on the Ocean's waves and Nate was sitting along with Sugar on a wooden log, in the jungle, isolated from the rest of the tribe. They were making their minds up before tribal council.
Nate - So we need to come up with an agreement.
Sugar - Either Anthony or Charlie.
Nate nodded and Sugar stared at him.
Confessional Nate -
I talked to Anthony and he told me the opposite of Charlie. He told that he knows Charlie probably said all that stuff and he told me it was actually him and Steph on the outs and that Nat, Todd, Charlie, Erik and Jenna were in control. He's playing us to get to the merge, just so he can pick us off. For all I know, they're both potentially playing us.

We could see Nate and Sugar continuing their thinking together.
TRIBAL COUNCIL
The clouds moved at a faster pace as the sun was slowly settling down. Once it settled down, we had a view on the moon. The whole Yapen tribe was walking in one straight line, heading to tribal council with their torch. Anthony entered tribal council first, followed by Stephannie right behind. Sugar put her torch on a hold and Charlie did the same. Brian was the last one to sit down and Jeff sat down after him to begin tribal council.
Jeff Probst - Welcome to tribal council, Yapen. You won the last three challenges and you ruled them, but now, you lost immunity, Sugar, how come did you lose this one?
Sugar - They just found the masks before we did.
Jeff Probst - Do you think you could of done better?
Sugar - I think we all tried really hard.
Charlie looks at Sugar.
Jeff Probst - Charlie, your tribe had a horrid score in the end compared to Numfor, think it could have been different had you played in it?
Charlie - Yeah, I am really good at finding hidden things, it's like one of the best things I'm good at. Besides working at camp, but unfortunately I did not partake in the challenge.
Jeff Probst - Nate, before you guys lose immunity, you won reward, how were the pillows back at camp?
Nate - Oh you had to ask? Well… let's just say, that, they sure provided an extra "UMPH"
Nate winked.
Jeff Probst - Charlie, did you notice a change in camp life between old Yapen and new Yapen?
Anthony and Stephannie glared at Charlie.
Charlie - Oh my god! Yes! Old Yapen never worked, I did most of the work, now with these guys, I can actually relax for a day and I know we won't die of hunger or they won't let the fire die and in case they do, I know these guys would actually attempt to make a fire instead of finding a million excuses.
Jeff Probst - Anthony, you are an older Yapen, what is your reply to this?
Anthony - We worked just as hard as him. So I don't know where he gets he did everything. And Charlie I don't want to hear you to that…
Jeff Probst looks at Charlie.
Anthony - Jeff just wants Drama.
Charlie - Anthony never does shit, he pretends he does things but he goes, throw bait in the ocean and then is like OH MY GOD I ALWAYS WORK!
Stephannie rolled her eyes.
Stephannie - Here we go again…
Anthony - I get water, and I catch fish, I hunt and get wood.
Charlie - He doesn't do shit, seriously. He is the most lazy guy I have ever met, EVER.
Sugar and Nate look annoyed.
Jeff Probst - Stephannie, how is it like to hear drama like this constantly?
Stephannie - It is really getting annoying. Maybe if we didn't have so many people arguing, we would have won more immunity last time. We need to focus on challenges, not this dumb shit.
Anthony laughs and Charlie glares at Stephannie.
Charlie - I don't see how it affected the challenge though, when I didn't participate and I cheered for everyone equally.
Brian looks at Charlie.
Jeff Probst - Brian, next round is final ten, which usually is the standard round for a merge, do you think ahead of time of that merge or do you play as if this tribe would remain the same next round?
Brian - Well for me it's a bit of hope. I hope we are merging, but I also need to have plans if the merge does not come next and that's why this vote is important in the sense that who to keep and who should go is very critical now. The switch up was a shocker for me so I got to have back up now.
Jeff Probst - Sugar, new tribe, new physical threat, who is the physically strongest in Yapen?
Sugar - I am not quite sure Jeff, as far as the tribal work, we all do our part, the challenge last night did represent us well and in the previous challenges we all did about the same.
Jeff Probst - Stephannie, do you believe this tribe would stick together if you were to merge next round or do you think this tribe could go different ways?
Stephannie - It could go either way. We are made up of two different former tribes, but we've also had a while to bond… it's really up to all of us to decide.
Jeff Probst - Nate, there are three Yapen and three Numfor, can it come into play tonight?
Nate - I think it might, but this game is called Survivor and well, let's say I would be shocked if it was a tie.
Jeff Probst - If it is a tie and you have to pick rocks, do you believe you are lucky enough?
Nate - I think I got lady luck on my side.
Nate winked and Charlie looked at him.
Jeff Probst - Charlie, is it going to be a hard vote or an easy vote tonight?
Charlie - Wayyy easy, I'm voting for someone I cannot stand at all. I'm sure he won't be surprised since he knows I think he is boring as hell and he doesn't really help either which makes it even easier.
Jeff Probst - Anyone here feels the need of pleading their case before we get to the vote?
Charlie raised his hand.
Charlie - I just want to let old Numfor know that I'm voting for Anthobore and I hope they still vote with me, because I am a loyal ally and I honestly HATE my old tribe and I would be very happy to help them out once merge comes and give them the advantage in numbers, that's all.
Stephannie - I am glad you hate us so much!
Anthony laughed and the old Numfor started looking at each other to confirm their agreement before tribal council.
Jeff Probst - Alright, we'll figure how the vote goes, it is… time to vote… Anthony, you're up!
Anthony stood up and walked to the voting podium where he took the pencil and put it on paper to write down something. We then see him put the vote in the urn and Nate goes to vote next. After that, Charlie votes for "Anthony" and whispers his comment to the camera.
Charlie - Anthobore, go die please!
Charlie put his vote in the urn and Stephannie goes to vote next. She writes "Charlie" and whispers her comment.
Stephannie - Meh, I would be more sad if he wasn't such a jerk…
Stephannie put her vote in the urn and Brian closed the voting process. Once he sat down, Jeff was ready to go tally the votes.
Jeff Probst - I'll tally the votes…
Once Jeff was gone to tally the votes, we could see Anthony looking at Stephannie and Charlie looking at Anthony. Jeff then came back with the urn and deposits it with his hand on the cap.
Jeff Probst - Once the votes are read, decision is final, person voted out will be asked to leave tribal council immediately… I'll read the votes…
1st Vote...
1 Charlie.
Charlie chuckles.
2nd Vote...
2 Charlie.
Charlie looked at his tribe mates.
3rd Vote...
2 Charlie, 1 Anthony.
Charlie smiled and Anthony did not react.
4th Vote...
3 Charlie, 1 Anthony.
Anthony smiled and looked at Charlie who rolled his eyes.
5th Vote...
And the sixth person voted out of Survivor: Indonesia…
5 Charlie, 1 Anthony.
Charlie stood up.
Jeff Probst - Charlie, that's enough, you need to bring me your torch…
Charlie - Good luck Nate, Sugar and Brian.
Charlie grabbed his torch and was heading to Jeff but looked at Stephannie for a moment.
Charlie - Stephannie, I like you but you need to get tougher in the game.
Charlie continued his way to Jeff and gave his torch to him who already swung his torch snuffer.
Jeff Probst - Charlie, tribe has spoken!
Once Charlie's torch got snuffed, he walked away from tribal council and Jeff looked at Yapen.
Jeff Probst - Seems like tonight new Yapen made an unanimous decision, grab torches, head back to camp!
Everyone stood up and reached their torches. Brian took his torch and Nate, with his torch in hands, walked away from tribal council, followed by the rest of his tribe.
CLOSING
Voiceover - Next time on... Survivor!
Voiceover - After six eliminations, tribes are finally merging!
Jeff Probst - Drop your buffs! We are merging!
Everyone cheered as we could see Todd and Jenna taking off their yellow buff and Sugar tossing her green buff on the ground.
Voiceover - For players, it's a whole new game!
Confessional Brian - I am so excited that we are merging.
Confessional Nate - It's a whole new game!
We could see players on a feast bumping their glasses of beer together.
Voiceover - With new strategies and alliances…
Confessional Stephannie - I might have a slight alliance problem.
Confessional Brian - I could go all the way to the final two, think, think and think!
Todd (At camp) - I think you should join forces.
Jerri (Replying to Todd) - Sounds good.
Voiceover - Anything could happen!
Confessional Nate - This tribal council is gonna be a big clusterfuck.
Voiceover - What is gonna be happening next!?
FINAL WORDS
We could see Charlie telling his final words.
Final Words Charlie -
I feel sad because honestly I really worked hard in this game and I feel I didn't connect with people in the level I wanted to. They probably got rid of me because they probably don't like the fact I'm outspoken. I don't know, guess they didn't feel a real connection with me or found me to be flakey, but whatever. I root for Natalie, sort of and I guess Sugar. Everyone else has a reason why I don't want them to win.

While Charlie was telling his final words, we could see whom everyone voted for.
Sugar - Charlie
Charlie - Anthony
Anthony - Charlie
Nate - Charlie
Brian - Charlie
Stephannie - Charlie
